Revving Up Nostalgia: A Weekend at the Goodwood Revival

Old Range Rovers were on hand to rescue stranded visitors, and even Jon's trusty Picasso earned its "mud badges."

Despite the rainy conditions, Tim managed to secure pole position and delivered an incredible performance, narrowly missing out on a win due to a red flag. His skillful driving was a testament to the competitive spirit and camaraderie that define the Goodwood Revival.

The event also featured a range of activities beyond the races. The Settrington Cup, a pedal car race for kids, was a delightful spectacle, drawing crowds of photographers eager to capture the young competitors. The attention to detail extended to the event's ambiance, with pop-up pubs and saloon-style buildings adding to the nostalgic atmosphere.

Another memorable moment was the appearance of the "cigar man," who has been handing out cigars to the top three finishers for years. This quirky tradition, along with the presence of historic cars like the Silk Cut Jaguar and the BMW CSL Batmobile, added to the event's unique charm.
